Caley helps clients find comfortable positions on the massage table, including using a specialized pregnancy bolster system to allow for face down massage throughout your entire pregnancy!
Postpartum Massage
Postpartum massage is truly the perfect addition to one's healing journey. Massage can soothe the nervous system, help increase circulation, and relax muscles that have tightened throughout pregnancy and birth and due to awkward sleeping and nursing positions!
We offer postpartum massage in your home for the first two weeks after birth and build extra time into sessions for nursing and tending to your baby.
